The Thief

Wine Thief – Handy large bore thief used for drawing samples for testing wine or beer at required stages.  Fits inside glass secondary with a large enough bore to float your hydrometer inside. Valve on bottom of thief will hold your sample until you are ready to release it back into the carboy.
