Nebbiolo grapes take their name from fog (nebbia). Notoriously demanding to grow, they require sheltered south-facing sites with well drained chalky soil, but yield grapes with high tannins, good extract and very importantly for this long-lived style, bracing acidity for structure and age ability. read more - wikipedia Sweetness: Dry | Body: Medium | Oak Intensity: Light |

Pronounced "tem-pra-nee-yo," Tempranillo wine is a spicy wine that is the most famous of the Spanish red wines. Most of the wine regions in Spain grow Tempranillo including the well known regions off Rioja, Rivera de Duero and Penedes. Although Spanish wine makers usually use it in red wine blends, wine drinkers in the county deem this their favorite type of red wine. It grows well in fairly cool climates and has a tendency to begin to ripen early. It typically has hints of strawberry, cherry, spice and tobacco. It's also one of the grapes used in Portugal to make port. An interesting thing about this grape is that it has different names in different wine regions. Even in the different wine regions in Spain, it's known by different names. In the Penedes wine region in Spain, it's called Ull de Llebre, in Portugal it's known as Roriz and in Argentina it's called Tempranilla. In the last few years, more countries have planted this grape. It's now grown in a few wine regions in the United States and most recently in Australia. Due to the increase of planting in other wine regions in the world, it's also becoming known as a fine wine internationally. World Vineyard California Pinot Noir creates a lasting impression on the palate with an intense ripe-grape and black cherry aroma, accented by a spicy suggestion of cinnamon and mint. Medium-full bodied and rich but not heavy, it's perfectly balanced with alcohol acid and tannin working harmoniously, and has substantial flavour despite its delicacy. It has an appealing soft, velvety texture, like liquid silk gently caressing the palate.

Originating from the world famous Maipo Valley wine region in Chile. This wine is a dark inky purple, the open nose is alluring and bold with aromas of spicy plum, coffee, raspberry and blackberries. The generous palate is complex and loaded with intense fruit flavours. You can expect blackcurrant, plum, dark cherry and raspberry fruit with bittersweet chocolate nuances, a hint of toasty oak and light herbal spiciness. The structure is superb with just the right amount of acidity to balance the deep fruit flavours. The finish is lengthy and elegant.

Steely, grassy, herbaceous - the classic traits of Sauvignon Blanc. Sourced directly from the French countryside, crisp and dry, this wine is best enjoyed young. The aroma of Sauvignon is unmistakable with its green leafy notes, gooseberry fruit, mineral and melon.

Medium in body with a luminous dark cherry colour our Barolo has rich, spicy fruit and delivers the true character of the grape and land. Typical flavours are cherries, violets, black licorice, truffles and it finishes with rich, chewy, deep and long-lasting flavour. Burly, assertive ‘chewy’ wine, it is not for the faint of heart, but for those seeking intensity and complexity, there is nothing else like Barolo.
In Italy, the Pinot Grigio grape has been cultivated for more than a century. The Pinot Grigio grape is genetically related to Pinot Noir and Pinot Blanc, and is easily subject to color mutation. The skin color of the grapes can range from a bluish gray to a delicate pink, depending on the clone and the geographic zone. In fact, the word "Grigio" means gray in Italian, although the juice is drawn off the skins before the skins impart a tint to the wine.

Gorgeous ruby red in color, this medium-bodied wine is Spain's answer to Cabernet Sauvignon, with berry, plum and herbal notes running to a lush finish of tobacco, leather and vanilla.
