A white wine with the incredibly intense aromas of melon, grapefruit, mango, peach, banana and papaya. The fruity character picks up a strong backbone from the good acidity, and hint of tannin, carried over from the Grenache Gris grape.

Very drinkable light Italian-style red.  Ruby red color with a delicate bouquet and a rich mouth-filling texture.  It's produced in the foothills of the Alps, just west of Verona, in an area sandwiched between the mountains and Lake Garda. The grapes used are Corvina Veronese (40-70%), Rondinella (20-40%) and Molinara (5-20%). The vintner can also add up to 15% complementary varieties, which include Rossignola, Negrara, Trentina, Barbera and Sangiovese. As a general characteristic the wines tend to have lively to powerful bouquets, be full on the palate with good fruit, velvety, and have a pleasing aftertaste. They also tend to be less tannic than the wines from Tuscany or Piemonte.

The intense aroma of this BIG red features a complex mélange of ripe cherries, blackberries and bell peppers.  Another of the “Grande” wines for the red wine lover.  One of our heaviest reds this wine is full of oak and full of flavour.

Full-bodied, yet soft and quick to mature, this is the perennially popular French red wine blend that continues to keep them coming back with its smooth, easy charms.  A Winexpert specialty blending a host of grape varieties, each contributing to the layers of aroma and flavours that make this so special. Vieux Chateau du Roi is deep red and aggressive with complex flavours resulting from a blend of grape varieties which layer flavours and aromas of ripe fruit, berries, plum, spice, and oak.  This fruit-forward blend should be enjoyed with grilled meat, salmon, or other deeply flavoured dishes. Strong cheeses such as aged Cheddar and Stilton make fine accompaniments as well.  Good for heavier meals, dinner parties, and cold-weather entertaining.

The intense fruitiness of this beguiling wine suggests rich sweetness, but it shows a surprisingly dry and aromatic finish. A delicate yellow colour, tinged with the variety's typical 'green-gold' hue, it bursts out of the glass with apricot, peach and spice aromas. As it matures, it can also display hints of jasmine, honeysuckle, kiwi, mint, orange blossom and even mango! While higher in alcohol than many white wines, it drinks well young nonetheless. Lower acidity makes it friendly to a wide range of foods, but it's 'soft but strong' character makes it excellent for sipping alone.

Fresh strawberries abound in the aromas and flavours of this medium-pink rose style wine, capped by a crisp finish that's slightly drier than a typical blush.
