AVAILABLE NOW -ESSENCIA PRODUCTS
In a blind tasting "9 out 10 who tasted our Italian Pinot Grigio preferred the one fermented in the essencia 27 litre stainless steel fermenter vs. plastic fermenters. The Italian Pinot Grigio was crisp, floral aromatic notes, delivering complex flavors of green apple, orange and a hint of lemon on the palette vs the one fermented in the plastic having less distinct flavors, not as crisp and little fruit on the
nose." - "Camelot Cellars - Columbus, Ohio"
We now have this new product available and will be doing our own testing. All Essencia products are by pre-order, click here to go to their website...

LETTING THE SECRET OUT
My favorite wine of all times was the 2007 Limited Edition Italian Brunello, I bought 8 kits, do the math, a commercial bottle averages $105 x 28 bottles x 8 kits = $23,520 (I paid $146 per kit x 8 = $1168) a savings of $22,352. When they brought the Brunello back in 2009 I bought 3 kits, again the commercial value is $105 x 28 bottles x 3 kits = $8,820. The good news is that this spring we are bringing back the Brunello as a Selection International kit with grape skins!! Yahoo! We'll keep you informed on the release dates. This is a wow wine which requires 1 1/2 to 2 years ageing to enjoy its true value. / Ron

Although we have been making wine for several years now and we attended mostly for the beer making aspect, we learned a lot about our wine making process and how to improve it. Vintner's Reserve - continues to set the standard in it's category by yielding wines of excellent quality, flavour and aroma.
Vintner's Reserve World Vineyard - featuring popular grape varietals, with grape juices and concentrates from some of the finest growing regions in the world, this 10 litre kit produces high quality wines that you can enjoy within one month after bottling.
Vintner's Reserve Bergamis
This supple, fruity and delicate red nouveau style' wine is typically consumed young and is at its best when served slightly chilled. A complex nose of black cherry and blackberry, medium bodied as Gamay goes, with bright, juicy red cherry fruit, light but silky tannins and soft barrel textures on the front and mid-palate and a finish packed with steeped cherry and plum flavours.
To be enjoyed on any occasion. Bergamais is such a fun wine. Yes, usually red wines are very serious but this light-bodied wine is red with a fun and playful attitude.
It's color is a bit lighter red than most and has a much lighter taste. Think of it as a "juicy" wine. When drinking it, you'll feel like you just bit into a fresh juicy red berry. This terrific tasting light-bodied, off-dry red has no oak added. This combination makes for a delicious, easy drinking wine with all the great health benefits from red wines. How can you go wrong! I love to serve this wine with heavier dishes because its lighter body gives your heavy dishes good balance. Try it with lasagna, beef wellington, lamb and
veal. Its great with softer cheeses such as brie or smoked

Vintner's Reserve Viognier
The intense fruitiness of this beguiling wine suggests rich sweetness, but it shows a surprisingly dry and aromatic finish. A delicate yellow colour, tinged with the variety's typical 'green-gold' hue, it bursts out of the glass with apricot, apple, peach and violet with a hint of honey.

All the classic associations with this well-known grape variety used in France's brilliant red wine blends are here in this Cabernet brought in directly from France: rich, intense aromas, deep berry fruits, healthy tannins, and a smooth, lingering finish. With the proper tannin astringency and premium French oak evident throughout, this is an elegant wine offering body and complexity when aged.

The Washington's Columbia Valley is the largest Riesling producing state in the US. President Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama made culinary history when they served homebrewed White House Honey Ale, made with a pound of honey from the White House Beehive, to guests at last month's Super Bowl party. They are the first presidential couple to ever charge their chefs with the ancient--and now wildly popular--art of homebrewing, according to White House Curator Bill Allman. read more...
