This is typical of one of the many events we encourage our customers to organize. At this particular event we will be pairing cheeses and chocolates with wine, and educating them on hosting their own events, either in their homes or for fundraisers. It's always rewarding when someone in the session starts out claiming that “wine all smells the same to me.” By the end of the class, they are so excited, because now they can pick out the different characteristics of the wines. “I can smell chocolate, black currents – WOW! How did I miss that before? Does that cheese ever change the taste of that wine! I'll never think about chocolate the same way again.” Keep this in mind if you are looking to host a private event for a group of 12 or more, or any fundraisers you are involved in.
