Thanks Airdrie - enjoyed our class last Saturday.  Why have over 9,000 people taken the Home Vintner wine & beer making class?  Knowledge.  Even experienced craftsmen who have been making wine & beer for years pick up a lot of new information and processes.  Current studies have revealed new technology and steps, the methodology of the past is now being replaced with new procedures.  The first step is to ensure that your equipment isn't releasing carcinogens as you ferment.  Our goal is to help produce the best handcrafted wine & beer in the world.
