The Times They Are A Changing

With an influx of new customers this summer we have continued our wine & beer making classes throughout July & August.  With another full house last Tuesday, we demonstrated how to make an Italian Pinot Grigio, then a microbrewery style Pale Ale with the addition of our IPA add-pack and American Ale liquid yeast. We then finished a carboy of Australian Murray River and introduced the degassing Vacuvin system.  Of interest is the increase of a younger crowd who are into higher quality products, many who were impressed with the knowledge we had already shared with them through our website.
