Tip of the Month
Wine For the winemakers on the list, we have something different for you this month. We're going to pass on a recipe that we've actually had for quite some time, but we thought there would be some people who hadn't seen it before.
1 tsp gelatin
4 tbsp. Sugar
¼ tsp. Ascorbic acid
1 cup boiling wine
Combine these and stir to disolve then stir in 1 cup cold wine pour into molds – freeze and enjoy!
